you're better off staying in the car. you have armor around you. It is stupid to get out unless you can get to higher ground in a matter of seconds. that water will sweep you off your feet and you will get smashed and rammed into other stuff. that guy who got out of his car in the beginning was taking a huge risk. Yelling and screaming wont do you any good. you have to try and stay calm and evaluate the situation you are in.
