they just released a new update, so that was the issue with not being able to load dods...but now im getting the same message you guys are....FUCK STEAM!!!!!

Yeah. They just did an update, and the reason you're having the steam server issues is due to every client online updating DoD and TF2.
Think the server just needs to be restarted.
Edit: Then again, I could be wrong. But I had this issue with -every- server, and after about what, half an hour, working servers seemed to pop up one after the other.
