Ping Rate ?

Just wondering which ping is right ? Net Graph Ping , or the Ping you see when you look at the teams list of players .My team list ping is 32 but my net graph ping is 54 !So players with a ping of 210 on players list would have a ping of 354 on their net graph !Which would be right of the 2 ?

Net-graph ping – 2 way or round trip minus any data manipulation delays

Scoreboard ping – 1 way trip between you and the server
