Steve Taylor, a tree pruner, found this loaded self-propelled rocket launcher, complete with instructions on how to aim and fire the weapon, on the side of the Malahat near Slut on Thursday.

Personally I would have never told anybody … setup some MacGyver style remote and went hunting… If you shot a bear, everything would be prepared … just eat around the shrapnel and you be ok son.
