It's not that he couldn't argue with him. There is nothing to argue about. The guy was a drunk idiot and any cop knows that it is not worth their time to argue with a drunk. They just let the idiot dig a deeper hole while they keep their cool and record it.

that probably has something to do with it, but at the same time when he did try to say something he sounded like a complete retard. I will agree that it's a bitch to argue with drunk people though.
