Anyone who has been into gaming for more than 5 minutes should know by now that the prices always drop after the initial release. What would be worse is if they later decide to make it "free to play" after you already paid for it - TF2 for example.
I paid almost $100 for the Orange Box set and two weeks later Valve added CSS. They said I was shit out of luck when I asked if I could get a free copy. Later TF2 became free. The whole Orange Box thing was a rip-off from the start.

They usually do not do that to new releases. Wasn't expecting it to go on sale so soon. figured it would be a few months before the price dropped. Oh well, fun game though.
