It seems like a wallhack if you turn on wireframe. Looks like a new player that tried to download some instant skills. But of course final judgment is yours to issue.

I DID NOT TAKE A VIDEO BECUASE I DONT KNOW HOW, HOWEVER I WAS ON AT THIS TIME AND GOT SHOT THRU THE SMOKE WHEN ITCHY WAS ON THE FAR SIDE OF THE MAP ALSO SPLATTED!!!! HAD JUST CAME ON TO THE SEVER IT WAS ABOUT 12:45 AM

Looks like he's been playing on the server for a long time and there is no real indication he hacks.
His ratio is almost 1:1 and 23% of his kills are headshots. Slightly on the high side but no indicative of an aimbot.
The only thing is that he IS banned on a couple other servers for walling. But he's connecting from Mars (aka Australia) so his 200+ ping might make it look like a wallhack with the delay.
He's on my radar now though.
Please sumbit a ban request at our Sourcebans site and an Uber Admin can look into it.

For a while there I saw nothing. Then he flickered a bit and I noticed he was following people through the walls. It wasn't like he saw them run there and then anticipated that the would come around the corner. It was blatant following. It wasn't an aimbot since he missed half the time he shot at them.
I was about to stop the demo and say he didn't hack but I waited them it looked like he turned it on and after that you can see what he was doing.
I added the demo to his ban on sourcebans.

just reviewed the demo as well, and as Mongo said I don't see an aimbot, but I do see evidence of a wall. Thanks for bringing this forward
