Done what I can, added to the group, and enjoy being randomly killed off while capping, or beacon when i'm on killing spree... so what next?.

You wear the R until an Uber feels like telling you to remove it (usually after 6 months but sooner if you give all of the Ubers blowjobs or if you catch one when they are drunk) and then you will get Admin powers. Until then you get a reserve slot without having to pay for it and the satisfaction of being hazed even more than you probably were prior and you can wear your Recruit tag proudly because WE ARE THE BEST FUCKING CLAN IN THE WORLD and to wear the tag is a privilege.

Subtle warning... as many others will vouch for, if you complain about the process taking too long it will take even longer. Sometimes we have made Recruits Full Admins days after giving them the R tag. Others took much longer. Some are even lifers that will never get Full Admin but can still wear the R. On very rare occasions some skipped the Recruit process. There are a lot of variables and the less variables that you create for yourself the sooner you will be a Full Admin. Or there's still the blowjobs (plural) option. And I get one first.
