Paid but no reserved slot

Hey all,

on Dec28, 2017 I paid for a reserved slot for 6 months, but it never happened.
I've emailed Kurt (as that's where the donation went) but received no reply.

Can this be resolved?

Sorry about that. We have been having some issues with the "automated" part of the system.

I think I might have the same thing going on. I paid for a reserved slot on the 26th and it hasn't turned on yet. I think I used my 17 digit profile number, 76561197963260684.
