New maps

If I was to make some orange maps or variants of already made ones... what's the process of getting them on the server. Is it a vote? Is it a playtest with an admin?

For example: Orange_fight_arena but has a 2nd exit so it's harder to spawn camp. It is a one way ramp so can only be used by the team that needs the help.

Think it this would be a great addition to the server because fight arena is one of the most played maps and having another variant would be fun.

Also if this process works out, I can easily make new variants of maps for the server which I think would be really fun for the community.
