So what kind of damage ended up occurring to your shoulder? I saw the pics of the superficial injuries, but any internal damage to the rotator cuff and ligaments?

My knee is fucked from my motorcycle spill. I have torn ligaments that need to be surgically repaired. Guess 35-40mph straight into the pavement was not a good choice. It hurts everyday, because the bone contusion is still not healed. When I wake up my knee throbs with pain. M.D said it could take up to year for just the bone contusion to heal up. The ligaments will never heal without surgery.

OMG that sucks so bad! I'm sorry to hear that My left shoulder was from the bike accident, but my right shoulder is the bad one that I had surgery on. Left shoulder has a gnarly scar now and right shoulder is in the works with PT and stuff
