I'm not sure how to bind a sever sound clip, I tried it before and I think I ended up breaking the server for a few minutes

if we allow people to have it then we're going to have those times when the server just gets completely bombarded with sound clips. So it's easier to just say only senior admins can have it.

Anyone caught using it will be BANNED
