and its not going to be at all pretty for me or for many others who live in this state

But im looking at and putting this plan as one of the options of moving up
towards the southern area of oregon..nor cal section....
how cheap would you say it is around those parts?

I wouldn't recommend the Southern Part of Oregon, I live in Springfield which is pretty much the middle of Oregon and Medford = Methford lol And if you go any farther south your looking at practically nothing to do. Always shit to do around here and everything is only about an hour - two hour drive from us. And if you can't find anything then there is always drugs and alcohol. And right now I live in a 4 BD, 1 BA house w/garage and a huge back yard and it costs $895 a month. It's a little bit spendy compared to some of the other properties and compared to the other property managers but the company we go through only deal in clean housing/apartments. Average monthly bills I would say I spend altogether about 1200 a month not including food and recreational items 
But if your down for the smaller towns then that's all you lol Springfield I don't even consider to be all that big, only about 58000 people live here. And Eugene is right next to us with about 160000 people. The farther you go south the smaller and smaller everything gets. Medford is a little bigger than Springfield but is renowned for it's mass produced meth. Icky... lol

No but really im paying 550 for 2/bd and 1/ba with water included
electric varies of course from 20- 175 month i know how to keep warm in winter and cool in summer specially up here humid
and cable here runs me 75 total but im getting there best package so its high up there lol
tis is not a bad state wiscosin but with what is currently happening alot of bad things will be happening and i dnt want to have it take me down with it lol

Yeah sorry I didn't get back at you on this earlier :/ But 550 a month isn't bad at all lol Before this place my family of 3 (Wife, Son and Myself) lived in a 2BD, 1BA apartment that ran us 615 a month w/water/electric/garbage/basic cable tv all included. On average for internet/cable/phone I pay about $120 or so, and it's only about three steps up from the basic internet and only basic cable w/HBO. Electric is usually about the same price, never really much more than that. Cell phones I pay about $160-230 or so for two phones but it only gets so high because of the wife... For jobs, not sure what you do and what the minimum wage is there but here it be 8.60 I do believe. I haven't worked a minimum wage job since I was like 17-18 but it's livable if you have roommates. And again there is always something to do here. We party every weekend, sometimes a few days throughout the week, Eugene/Springfield combined always has something going on and the coast is only a two hour drive, mountains (hunting, camping, shooting, etc) are only about 30-45 minutes away, Portland is two hours or so away which always has something going on, and if your really really desperate you can always drive south towards Roseburg/Medford and go down that way looking for something to do lol
