Shiva gave it to you for lying to everyone about me shooting from the tank glitch on that map.
That should teach you a lesson.

Settle down there cry baby
Use malware bytes. install and update but do not run it yet. reboot into safe mode. run it in safe mode until it doesn't find any thing else. reboot normaly then run it again. it should clear it up. also remove any uneeded software and any and all toolbars.
Svchost.exe is a normal service that runs on your computer. you should get a few instances of it running. you can use a program called process explorer. it will tell you what program and which files these services are using. it will also let you know if it is legit.
solution for every computer problem is not whipe/reload. only idiot geeksquad employees do that crap.

Well I have nothing else to add Mongo got there 1st. I did not thing about malwarebytes. I was going to suggest process explorer and see what files were being used then use the PID and lock it down go to safe mode or boot with your windows cd and replace the file in question. O well good luck hoe. STOP DOWNLOADING PORN =P

If worse comes to worse, plug your hard-drive into an enclosure and scan it with another machine.
Re: Svchost.exe virus :(
svchost.exe is not a virus, it stands for servicehost.exe. you got windows 7 right? vista didnt have service hosts but xp did. its basically an app or program runned by windows 7 to keep it running in order.
here is how to look up all your svchost.exe
1.go to task manager and under process select process from all users.
i have about a dozen svchost.exe process running you can see yours.
then next to the process tab there is something called "services" click on that. on the bottom right hand corner there is a button called "services" click that. then a list of ALL the svchost.exe programs comes up. follow me? you can see a description of it. Thearitically you can disable all the svchost.exe but this is hugely stoopid b/c you comp. will crash or malfunction. (trust me i tried) so i set all of them to automatic for the time being, and if i can find the time to experiment i will set them to manual,,, but i dont know anything from there.
hope this helps. btw, look-up spyware terminator for a real good free spyware software, scan your comp and IF that doesn't show anything, you have NO virus or NO spyware. then I recommend you uninstalling it b/c my experience is that my comp was behaving funny with it on. good luck.

Re: Svchost.exe virus :(
the problem with svchost is that you may not know exactly whick service it is running. it may be running a servive that is running a corrupt or infected program.
I have done this method with hundreds of infected machines and it is the most effective procedure I have come across other than whiping the machine.
Like I said if you want to know what is running and what files belong to a program that is running, use a program like process explorer.

Re: Svchost.exe virus :(
Doubt svchost.exe is the problem. You need that in order for windows to work. what issues are you having now?
Re: Svchost.exe virus :(
remove any and all toolbars from your computer. check add/remove programs and remove anything fishy or what you do not need. delete all brosing history. use process explorer to see what files the scvhost.exe is using that is corrupt. when in safe mode try to manually delete that file. Then do the first thing with malware bytes again.
rootkits are hard to get off your pc.
Make sure you only have one antivirus software on your pc. some people get mutliple and it fucks their system up. also stop visiting those foreign websites. they are full of viruses.
