Unable to load filesystem_steam.dll

Did a system restore and later on try to get into dod and got the ERROR message " unable to load c:\program files\valve\steam\ e-mail adress\day of defeat source\bin\filesystem_steam.dll" went to steam support and did what they said and it didnt change anything. Any help would be nice .Mite even send you some bacon !
