Here is my updated Application using the new standard format.
I included my original application located at the bottom of this post.

What time of the day do you normally play? (Be specific if possible, including time zones):
I play early morning hours (5 - 6 AM sometimes no one is on, 8 - 9 AM and at times 12 - 2 PM; evenings too, mostly between 6 & 9 PM (PST) Mon-Fri . On the weekend I play throughout the day.
Are you in any other clans?:
NO!
How long have you been playing in our server?:
Since June of 2010 as Bacon Bitz. These past 12 to 13 months as SWAG! (give or take a few)
Do you have a reserved slot or fall into an exception category?:
Yes I have a reserved slot, expiration date is March 25, 2013.
Do you use your mic in the server?:
Yes - I use my mic as much as possible, especially after a few members mentioned that I’m too quit. I also help enforce the rules when applicable.
Tell us in your own words why you want to join our clan:
10 reasons why I like this server:
1. All of you are mawfawkers!
2. I done did all your moms, so it’s only natural that I’m fond of every one of you.
3. I hate other brothels.
4. There is only one BKW!
5. No bullshit play is acceptable on this fucking server.
6. I can say fuck, shit, suck balls, I did your mom, and any other tactful obscenity I can ponder-up.
7. I get to kill KS!
8. I have a reserved slot, so I never have an issue connecting to the server.
9. I feel like Norm from cheers, except that I’m greeted with a head shot instead of a beer!
10. The witty banter amongst the fellow DOD-ers.
Other Comments:
I don’t play on any other server and when I do (its been a while, not sure how long) I feel like a cheating whore with another servers stank on me…hahaha!. One of my many goals in life is to become a Blitz Fucking WHORE!!!!
