My question is what does US Immigration and Customs Enforcement have the legal duristiction to seize foreign sights? They cannot enforce any laws outside of the US? Last time I checked, .org is a world organization domain (unless it was a company within the US boarders?) I could have a Name.org or name.com website here in Canada through a Canadian Sever and they legaly cannot touch it.

Maybe ICE does it because they deal with US Customs. Anything, ANYTHING, that crosses the boarders is their jurisdiction, espicially now being part of Homeland Security. Which now may include radio waves also. I did notice a day after this notice went up, TV Shack had a new domain, tvshack.cc, which i was surprised to see them advertise it through Google. Go figuire.
