If I recall correctly, Bunneh had one of those signatures in the old forums where if you moved your cursor over it, it'd go all animated/sound-like. I haven't seen her on in a long time, however, but perhaps she could help you out in some manner. I'd help ya bro, but the limit of my artistic abilities begin and end with ms_paint.

I'm no computer programming expert, but I'm guessing it would be as basic as including some mouse roll over command onto the banner that executes a sound file.
