Connectivity loss early on 9/26 due to router replacement

On 9/26, between 2am and 3am, NFO will be replacing our router in Seattle with a faster one, as referenced in the Post from 9/23. This should cause a few minutes of connectivity loss for our server and other Seattle NFO services.
