Fixing the video glich while in spectator mode

Some of you may have noticed you get a pink/black checkerboard after you die. Here's one solution to fix it:

Click on options -> Click on Multiplayer Tab -> Click on Advanced -> Uncheck the options for viewing in grain mode

Seems to work for most people.

There is also another glitch since the last update that makes the power/telephone/telegraph lines look purple. No fix for this yet but when it happens you can see the errors in Console. Probably related to the other error and I imagine that Valve will be fixing it soon while fucking up something else. They haven't done the flashlight crash thing lately...
