orange spaceroom

Just a quick question on orange spaceroom. I have only played it twice. The first time was ok to shoot from the blue room with the 2 ladder leading up from spawn. Earlier today I was told not to shoot from there that it was consider spawn. That map changed before I could discuss it any further. I have been playing on the server for awhile now and I do know the rule and some maps I have not yet played all that much and I am just looking to clarify.

Both sides are identical and have the blue rooms. So I guess it would be up to the admins on at the time.

Well there are some instances where it is not considered spawn yet not accessible by the other team. I.E> Orange Gunna arena with the snipers box up top on both sides. In that case it is not considered spawn so really if you have a question just ask an admin that is on at the time. They should be able to clarify it for you. Unless its Cougarbait and then you never know what bullshit will exit his lips lol, jk.

Certain maps have exceptions. Usually an admin who is in game will let you know if you are doing something wrong.

Unfortunately, sometimes one admin will have a different interpretation of what is considered right or wrong, especially with that map. I too have heard admins threatening to kick people for shooting out of spawn on that map while others say what The Jesus stated. It's a touchy issue on some maps. Just go with the flow at the time and be happy that the maps are always changing and another one will be along soon!

well on this map, the sniper room is fair game. just as long as they are not shooting into the spawn on the other team. you dont actually spawn in the sniper room as i recall. you have to go up the ladder to get there.

Because of this, I really don't like how Jagd is setup. The allies right spawn exit is usually camped by an allied MG or sniper. However, it's not appropriate for an axis MG to spray his MG into this area because it can hit players comming up the staircase from the actual spawn area.

I guess we can say, you can shoot someone aslong as they're setup or they've shot at you, but you can't setup your MG and just lay into guys in there.
