Its all fake. The kid got on Tosh.0 with the wow vid and was made to admit it was all set up. Seems like hes trying to recaputer his 15 minuets.

you could tell at least the WoW one was fake, and that guy is an idiot for jerking like that getting a tattoo but figured that one could have been real if he was a puss
